Progressive 95% LTV Update
Following on from our release of our new 95% LTV product I wanted to clarify our exclusions
We cannot do 95% for the following
- New Build properties
- EX NIHE properties
Both of these will remain at 90% LTV and will have a choice of fixed or variable rate options
