Progressive Building Society Rate Change
Our revised mortgage package will take effect from 15th July 2022.
You will note the main changes are as follows:
- All year fixed rates for House Purchase amended
- All fixed rates for Remortgage amended
- 2 year fixed rates for Family Assist and Northern Ireland CoOwnership scheme amended
- New Carbon Reduction additional borrowing product launched
The Society is pleased to announce a Carbon Reduction additional borrowing product. This new product will allow existing members to borrow at a preferential rate and make the necessary home improvements to reduce the carbon impact of their property and improve the EPC rating of their home.
This will be of benefit to the wider Northern Ireland environment and is aligned to the Society’s Environmental Strategy. This also has a potential household cost savings for our borrowers over time.
