Progressive Building Society Rate Change from 17th Feb 23
Please find attached our revised mortgage package which will take effect from 17th February 2023.
You will note the changes are as follows:
- All fixed and variable products for house purchase amended
- 5 year fixed rates for house purchase re-introduced
- All fixed and variable products for re-mortgage amended
- Renovation Re-mortgage products amended
- Self-build products amended
- Northern Ireland Co-Ownership scheme and Foreign Currency products amended
- All variable products now have a floored rate of 2.00%
- Variable and Fixed rate products for Product Switch amended
- 5 year fixed rates for product switch re-introduced
- Buy to Let and NICO product for product switch added to package (these are not available online)
- Advance notice of SVR changing to 7.59% from 1st March added to notes
