Progressive Building Society New Rates from 17/01/2023
You will note the changes are as follows:
- Selected fixed and variable products for house purchase improved
- Selected fixed and variable products for re mortgage improved
- Self-build products improved
- Northern Ireland Co-Ownership scheme products improved
- All Foreign Currency products improved
- SVR will increase to 7.29% from 1 February 2023
Progressive Building Society Portal enhancements
I am delighted to advise you of a number of improvements to our Online Application Portal which are designed to improve the user experience. These have been successfully implemented this morning.
Improvements that have been made are:
- Save Functionality – You can now save from page one of your application / dip / illustration. Previously you had to get to page 5 before the system would allow you to save the case. As you move through each screen, the system will automatically save the case, allowing you to drop out and return at a later time.
- Expenditure is now a table instead of you having to select each category from a drop down box. Please note that you must type a figure into each box (which you can tab through). If the item is £0.00, you must put a 0 in the box.
