Progressive Building Society Update

New Mortgage Package wef 160623 at 5pm / Products Withdrawn

Please find below our revised mortgage package which is to take effect from 16th June 2023 at 5pm.

You will note the main changes are as follows:

  • Most products at LTVs greater than 75% are to be withdrawn

The changes to the package are to withdraw the majority of LTVs greater than 75% from close of business – 16th June 2023/5pm (the products have been removed from the attached package document, however, I have noted below the products that are to be removed for your ease of reference)

Please note that only products detailed on the attached will be available from 16th June 2023 at 5pm.

Progressive withdrawal of rates

Please note that the Society will be withdrawing all mortgage products for new business with effect from 5.00pm today.

We are currently reviewing our product range and expect to have new products available to you later this week.

This decision has been taken to ensure that we continue to provide a strong service on the increased number of applications that have been submitted in recent days, and we apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause.

Our Product Transfer products WILL NOT be impacted by this change.

Please note that, due to the high volume of cases we have received, it may take us longer than usual to process your client’s application. In order for us process the application as quickly as possible, please ensure that you upload the required supporting documentation with your case. You can track the progress of your application on the online portal.
