Amendment to Quantum Mortgages product and proc fees
Please note that with effect from Tuesday 11th April we will be amending some of our fees.
The standard product / completion fee will increase to 2.2% of the advance. The applies to all product ranges.
In addition, The Ex Pat and Foreign National range valuation fee scale will be amended to reflect we are now able to offer HMO’s and Multi Units.
Finally, We’re pleased to inform you that your procuration fee will be increasing. For new applications submitted from Tuesday 11th April 2023, on the APRIL coded product range, we will pay a Packager proc fee of 1.10%. You are of course free to pay your introducers whatever suits your business but for guidance, our proc fee for brokers will be 0.70%.
We are unable to switch existing applications, however, should you have a Decision in Principle on the lower product fee you can of course continue to submit your application on this product, subject to receiving the previous, lower proc fee.
