Consumer Duty URL for Fair Value Assessments
To comply with our obligations under the new Consumer Duty, we have assessed all our open distributed products for fair value and have uploaded the relevant templates to our website to allow brokers to see them and comply with their own obligations.

As per the industry standard, please use this URL to link our Fair Value Assessments with your mortgage sourcing systems so brokers can view the sheets from 30 April.
Removal of Proc Fee Caps
Today we announced that we are removing the proc fee caps on all our mortgage products, so there is no limit to the amount we pay brokers based on the proc fees.
