Launch of 2-Year Fixes across key residential products:
- We’re reintroducing 2-Year Fixes to Owner Occupied, First Time Buyer and Self Employed, offering you more flexibility to place a wider range of cases.
Launch of 5-Year Fix Limited Company Buy-to-Let at 55% LTV:
- We’re introducing a new 55% LTV 5-Year Fixed Limited Company Buy-to-Let product, expanding our offering for professional and portfolio landlords looking for lower LTVs.
