Mortgage Changes
We will be launching the below Expat BTL product.
In addition, our maximum loan sizes will increase to £3,000,000 for mortgages up to 80% LTV and £1,000,000 for mortgages up to 90% LTV. Mortgages with an LTV over 90% will continue to have a max loan size of £500,000. A full list of all products affected and their new maximum loan size is included below.
Product Changes Wednesday 8 March 2023
We have enhanced our lending capability by increasing our maximum loan size to £3M up to 80% LTV, and to £1M up to 90% LTV. We’ve made these changes to all our residential and BTL products, including First Time Buyer, Self Employed and Expat BTL, with the added benefit of no rate premium on the new larger loan sizes. We have also increased the maximum loan size on our Self Build Large Loan products up to £3M, with the ability to support cases above this on a bespoke basis.
