Express Payment Requests are showing error messages but please ignore these as the requests are being received. The error relates to the email confirmation only. 

The company will be closing early on Tuesday 16th September at 2pm for all staff training across all departments. We will be open as usual on Wednesday 17th September. We apologise for any inconvenience this causes. 

The deadline for express requests on the 16th September will be 1 PM.

 

In honour of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II our offices will be closed on Monday 19th September while our staff pay their respects.

The office will re-open at 9am on Tuesday 20th September.

We’re lowering our rates!

On Wednesday 27 August, we’re making rate reductions to selected products across our Owner Occupied and Retention ranges. All the changes can be found in the tables below.

To secure a product being withdrawn, we require a full mortgage application to be submitted, with all fees paid, by 5pm on Tuesday 26 August. To allow our underwriters the time to review any referrals, please submit DIP’s by Midday Tuesday. This gives you the best chance of reaching the FMA submit stage by 5pm

If you are applying for a Product Transfer on behalf on an existing customer, you need to have requested the mortgage illustration from the Broker Product Transfer Portal before 2pm on Tuesday 26 August. You will then need to return the completed Product Acceptance Form, signed by your client, within 14 days to secure the Retentions product.
