Santander reducing fixed rates on 4 June
On Thursday 4 June, we’re reducing selected residential and BTL fixed rates in our new business and product transfer ranges.
There are no changes to our tracker rates or our BTL purchase range.

- Submit applications and PT requests on our current ranges by 10pm on Wednesday 3 June
- Rate bulletin (issue 15) and new build rate bulletin (issue 15) will be available on our website on Thursday 4 June
