Santander making changes to fixed and tracker rates on 5 November
On Thursday 5 November, we’re making a number of rate changes, including both reductions and increases in our new business and product transfer ranges. We’re introducing new residential tracker rates across our new business range. We’re also introducing new fixed rate products and withdrawing some existing fixed rate products in our product transfer range.
There are no changes to BTL rates in our purchase and product transfer ranges.

- Fixed rate product codes will be replaced across our new business range. Fixed and tracker rate product codes will be replaced across our product transfer range.
- Submit applications and PT requests on our current ranges by 10pm on Wednesday 4 November.
- Rate bulletin (issue 30) and new build rate bulletin (issue 30) will be available on our website on Thursday 5 November.
- Log on to Introducer Internet to view your client’s choice of PT rates on Thursday 5 November. See the product transfer rate bulletin (effective 5 November 2026) on our website.
