Selected Santander residential fixed rates reducing on 4 July
On Thursday 4 July, we’re reducing selected residential purchase fixed rates in the new business range.
There will be no change to our Buy to Let, large loan and product transfer ranges or residential tracker rates.

Selected residential fixed rates reducing by between 0.02% and 0.16% for purchases.
