Reductions to our residential intermediary exclusives
On Monday 7 June, we’re making improvements to our residential intermediary exclusives for purchase and remortgage clients. Selected rates will be reduced by up to 0.05% and selected fees will be reduced by £250.
Reductions – purchase and remortgage
- 70% LTV 2 year fixed rate at 1.00% with £1,249 fee – remortgage – reduced by 0.05%
- 70% LTV 2 year fixed rate at 1.05% with £1,249 fee – purchase – reduced by 0.03%
- 75% LTV 2 year fixed rate at 1.24% with £1,249 fee – remortgage – reduced by 0.05%
- 70% LTV 5 year fixed rate at 1.22% with £1,249 fee – purchase – fee reduced by £250
- 75% LTV 5 year fixed rate at 1.50% with £1,249 fee – remortgage – fee reduced by £250 and rate reduced by 0.02%
- 75% LTV 5 year fixed rate at 1.52% with £1,249 fee purchase – fee reduced by £250 and £250 cashback added
