New business and product transfer fixed rate improvements
On Thursday 12 December, we’re reducing most of our residential and Buy to Let (BTL) fixed rates across the new business and product transfer ranges by up to 0.23%
We’re making improvements to our purchase range to support home movers and first time buyers as the 31 March stamp duty deadline approaches.
For remortgage clients, we’re reintroducing 60% LTV green fixed rates with a £0 product fee.
