We’ve improved our loan to income ratios
On Tuesday 14 February, we’ve improved our loan to income ratios (LTIs), also known as income multiples, in our affordability calculation. This means that some of your client’s may be able to borrow more than before.

For remortgages without capital raising the maximum income multiple is 5.50x income, regardless of the income bands in the tables above.
