Effective immediately, we have new rates across our product transfer range.
Rates now start from:
- 6.09% for Single Buy-to-Lets
- 6.29% for HMOs and MUFBs
- 6.34% for Complex Buy-to-Let
- 7.34% for Commercial mortgages
- 6.24% for Semi-Commercial mortgages
- 7.44% for Commercial Trading
- 6.69% for Semi-Commercial Trading
