Immediate changes to our fixed rates
Immediate changes across our Second Charge Mortgage range. The following changes will be effective from Friday 7 October 2022:
- Increases to our rates, which will now start from 7.45%
- Removal of 85% LTV product
Pipeline: All cases that were entered on DJ Broker Hub prior to Friday 7 October 2022 will be honoured on the former pricing, as long as the binding mortgage offer is issued before Friday 11 November 2022.
Please note we will be prioritising fully packaged cases, so please provide all the documents required on a case as soon as possible.
