Our rate adjustments are now live
We’ve made some changes to our rates
From today, Tuesday 6 October, we’ve made a number of changes across our range, including selected rate reductions for larger SB2 loans.
We’ve also increased rates on selected SB1 products and made adjustments to a number of our 2, 3 and 10-year fixed rate options across the range.
SB2 5-Year fixed Buy-to-Let rate updates:
- For loan sizes £250k to £1m: reductions by up to 0.25%
- For loan sizes £1m to £2.5m: reductions by up to 0.10%
