For loans from £150k to £250k, Commercial rates start from 7.79% and Semi-Commercial from 7.14%.
Our research shows residential landlords are looking to add commercial properties to their portfolios and 37% cite diversification as the main reason*. This change aims to provide your clients with more flexibility to achieve their property ambitions, whether at the start of their professionalisation journey or wanting to grow their portfolio further.
