Express Payment Requests are showing error messages but please ignore these as the requests are being received. The error relates to the email confirmation only. 

The company will be closing early on Tuesday 16th September at 2pm for all staff training across all departments. We will be open as usual on Wednesday 17th September. We apologise for any inconvenience this causes. 

The deadline for express requests on the 16th September will be 1 PM.

 

In honour of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II our offices will be closed on Monday 19th September while our staff pay their respects.

The office will re-open at 9am on Tuesday 20th September.

Ensure you’re up-to-date

We’re delighted to confirm the changes to our PROposition we announced at the end of last week are now live.

Here is a brief summary of the changes:

  1. We’ve introduced our new 2-year and 10-year fixed rates.
  2. We’ve repriced across some of our Buy-to-let and Commercial Investment products.
  3. We’ve revised our ERCs to link them to the fixed rate period, rather than loan term.
  4. Our product switch and refinance arrangement fees have increased from 1.5% to 2%.
Pipeline Reminder

All Indicative Mortgage Offers (IMOs) must progress to valuation within 14 days and all Formal Mortgage Offers (FMOs) must be signed and returned within 14 days in order to remain valid. FMOs are valid for 90 days.
