We’ve reduced some of our rates
From today, 21 July, we’ve reduced rates across our commercial and semi-commercial investment range by up to 0.35% on our 2, 3, 5 and 10-year fixed rates.
Additionally, we have reduced rates on our commercial trading range by up to 0.50% on our 2, 3 and 5-year fixed rates.
The commercial property market continues to strengthen, and we’re delighted to provide even more competitive mortgage products to build on this momentum
