We’re excited to unveil a refreshed Buy-to-Let range – designed to help you offer products tailored to your clients’ individual circumstances.
What’s new:
We’ve retired our Digital BTL product and launched our new SB1 Specialist Buy-to-Let range:
Single lets – houses and flats (up to 10 properties)
HMOs and MUFBs – up to 10 units for clients with strong credit
This new range complements our recently expanded SB2 Complex & Large Buy-to-Let and existing Structured Real Estate products, giving your clients even greater choice and flexibility to suit their needs.
Now available across the whole Buy-to-Let range:
- AVMs (subject to eligibility) on individual houses and flats including
new criteria for large portfolio loans of more than 10 properties - A choice of variable and fixed rates of 2, 3, 5 or 10 years on every product
- Arrangement fees of 2%, 3% or 5% on every product, each with a matching interest rate to suit different requirements
NEW SB1: Specialist Buy-to-Let
Key highlights across all SB1 segments
- Loans up to £1m
- Broker commission at 1.25%
- Specialist Buy-to-Let mortgages for clients with a strong credit history (must meet new SB1 credit history criteria)
- Ex-pats (subject to 0.25% rate loading), serviced accommodation and top slicing acceptable on SB1 products
- Available to individual, partnership and limited company borrowers

- Rates from 4.59%
- Individual single let houses and flats
– up to 10 properties on a loan - AVM automatically offered by Broker
Hub but a physical valuation can be instructed where it is not available
HMOs & MUFBs
- Rates from 4.89%
- HMOs up to 10 occupants with investment valuations available
