This is an advance notice to inform you that as of close of business on Friday 3 February, our Regulated Bridging product will no longer form part of our product offering.
One of our focuses moving into the new year is to examine the different ways we can streamline our proposition, leveraging advanced technology and a personalised service to deliver maximum value for you and your clients.
Removing our Regulated Bridging product means we now have a dedicated team for Unregulated Bridging, who are able to focus on the specific needs of property professionals and provide practical and creative funding solutions, enabled by the advanced technology of MyShawbrook Bridging.
Here are the key dates to keep in mind for the removal:

Friday 14 April 2023
Last day for Regulated Bridging completions. We’re excited to be focusing our efforts on our Unregulated Bridging product, which will aim to provide the best in-class service for property professionals and features:

Fixed pricing
Simplified criteria
No minimum interest or term
Expert relationship team
Our new product guide and lending criteria will be circulated on Monday 6th February.
