We’ve reduced our Buy-to-Let rates!
After an exciting and busy start to the year, we’re delighted to be ending the month with some more great news…we’ve cut the rates across our Buy-to-let and HMO range by up to 0.55%!
The most significant cuts have been made to our ‘Large HMO’ proposition (HMO properties with 7 occupants or more), with rates starting from 4.34%, with further developments planned throughout this year.
Please note, these changes will be applied to all pipeline cases up to Formal Offer.
