Announcement

eSignature is live!

We have now launched eSignature to our bridging, buy-to-let and commercial investment customers!

This allows customers to immediately e-sign and return their formal offer from anywhere, providing a much more efficient and convenient process.

As well as simplifying the customer journey, we hope this helps to free up some of your time so you can focus on supporting more of your clients.

This digital enhancement is one of many to come, as we continue to invest in technology that improves your experience and makes dealing with us as easy as possible.

Read on to learn more about the new and improved process.

The new and improved process.

1. Once the offer is generated, an email is sent from DocuSign to the customer requesting their eSignature. At this point, as the broker you are notified and sent a ‘read only’ copy of the documents

2. The customer then simply e-signs and returns the offer, all via the secure DocuSign platform

3. Both you and your client receive an email containing the signed documents

4. The Underwriter receives a notification and progresses the case to completion
