Our latest mortgage products update
We’re making some changes to our Affordable Housing mortgage range tomorrow, Wednesday 28th April. These changes affect new mortgage applications.
Key Updates
New Customers
- Affordable Housing mortgage range refreshed with end dates extended until July.
- Selected Shared Ownership fees and rates reduced.
- New 90% Shared Ownership and Shared Equity products and 85% Help to Buy products.
Any applications on withdrawn products must be submitted by 5pm today, Tuesday 27th April – see our latest updates for details.
