Product Update
We are making changes to our Existing Customer ranges, including the rates below:
2 year residential- 3.43% – 60% LTV – No Fee
5 year residential – 3.45% – 75% LTV – £995 Fee
10 year residential – 3.69% – 60% LTV – No Fee
Key Changes
- Rate reductions on the 2 year fixed Residential Existing Customer range by up to 0.15%.
- Rate reductions on the 10 year fixed Residential Existing Customer range by up to 0.40%.
- New rates added to the Existing Customer range, including 2 and 5 year Residential, BTL & Government Scheme products.
- Green Residential Additional Borrowing Base Rate Trackers now available to 95% LTV.
- We’re changing the end dates for our 2, 5 and 10 year products for existing customers to November 2024/2027/2032.
We are making changes across our Residential product ranges. Including the rates below:
2 year fixed residential – 3.66% – 80% LTV – £995 Fee
5 year fixed residential – 3.83% – 8-% LTV – £995 Fee
5 year fixed residential – 4.09% – 95% LTV – £495 Fee
Key Changes
- Residential end dates extended to November 2024/2025/2027.
- Rate reductions of up to 0.08% across our 2 and 5 year core Residential range.
- Rate increases of up to 0.27% across our 2 and 5 year Larger Loan, Shared Ownership Staircasing and Lift ranges.
- Reintroduction of our 2 year fixed no fee products.
- Reintroduction of our 10 year fixed £995 fee products.
