Express Payment Requests are showing error messages but please ignore these as the requests are being received. The error relates to the email confirmation only. 

The company will be closing early on Tuesday 16th September at 2pm for all staff training across all departments. We will be open as usual on Wednesday 17th September. We apologise for any inconvenience this causes. 

The deadline for express requests on the 16th September will be 1 PM.

 

In honour of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II our offices will be closed on Monday 19th September while our staff pay their respects.

The office will re-open at 9am on Tuesday 20th September.

New Existing Customer Rates launching 18 October

From 9am tomorrow (18 October) we will be refreshing our Existing Customer fixed rates and reintroducing multiple products across our fixed Residential, Buy to Let, Help to Buy and Shared Ownership Existing Customer product ranges.

Key Changes
  • A refreshed 2 and 5 year fixed Residential range, for Existing Customers.
  • Reintroduction of our 3 and 10 year fixed Residential range, for Existing Customers.
  • A refreshed 2 year fixed Buy to Let range for Existing Customers.
  • Reintroducing our 5 year fixed Buy to Let range for Existing Customers.
  • Reintroduced a 2 year 95% LTV Shared Ownership product and refreshed our 80% deal.
  • Reintroduced a 2 year fixed 75% LTV Help to Buy deal.
