Fees and Commissions
NEW: Whether you advise the client or pass the client on to us, you could earn the same net procuration fee thanks to our new Client Referral Service for Residential and Buy to Let Mortgages.
Our Client Referral Services allow you to earn the same amount (the full net procuration fee) and we take on the client advice. See Client Referral Services section below.

These commissions and charges relate to our packaging services for residential and BTL’s on our packaged lender panel.
We also offer Bridging & Development Finance, Commercial Mortgages and Secured Loans via our packaged services. Click on the links above for information on these areas.
Client Referral Services
NEW: For Residential and Buy to Let mortgages, where the client’s mortgage is with a lender on our packaged panel, our Client Referral Service will pay you the full net procuration fee as if you had advised the client yourself (see enhanced commissions below). We will advise and deal with the client for you.
Where we do not package for that lender we pay competitive commissions for the referral (see standard commissions below). This is one service, simply refer the client and we will do the rest.
We also accept client referrals for: Bridging & Development Finance, Commercial Mortgages, Secured Loans and Equity Release. Click on the links above for information on those areas.
Referral Services
If you don’t want to advise, don’t have the time or simply are unable to due to PI insurance or any other issue then we will happily help. We accept referrals for any type of mortgage and keep you informed every step of the way. You set our terms of engagement with your client so you never risk losing the relationship.
