If the applicant has adverse credit in the last 3 years and you cannot upload the credit file, we will need detailed information on the following: 1. Secured Arrears: Detail by number and £value for the last 3, 6, 12, 24 and 36m as well as the worst missed status on the credit file 2. Unsecured Arrears: As per (1) above but for unsecured arrears 3. CCJs: Value, Date of CCJ, Satisfaction Date, Reason and if it was for instalment debt (Y/N) 4. Defaults: As for (3) above but for Defaults 5. Pay Day Loans: The number still active, the date the last was taken out and the date the last one was paid off 6. DMP: Start Date, End Date and whether is is being conducted satisfactorily 7. Bankruptcy: Start Date, Discharge Date, explanation 8. IVAs: As per (8) Bankruptcy but for the IVA
