Defaults: As for (3) above but for Defaults 5. Pay Day Loans: The number still active, the date the last was taken out and the date the last one was paid off 6. DMP: Start Date, End Date and whether is is being conducted satisfactorily 7. Bankruptcy: Start Date, Discharge Date, explanation 8. IVAs: As per (8) Bankruptcy but for the IVA
