Criteria changes effective 6th Jan 2026

- Foreign nationals now up to 90% LTV!
- Self-employed expat BTL and holiday let now accepted
- Four applicants, four incomes: accepted on expat applications
- Expat gifted deposit
- Irish passport holders treated as British passport holders for expat applications
