Residential 80% LTV:
- 2-year discount C&I cut by 0.10% to 2.00%, completion fee reduced to £500 (1 year ERC)
- 2-year discount interest only cut by 0.35% to 2.45%, completion fee reduced to £500 and ERC period reduced to 1 year
Self build:
£1m+ large loan 2-year discount cut by 0.30% to 4.19%
Holiday let:
2-year discount cut by 0.10% to 3.19%
Buy to let:
2-year discount cut by 0.10% to 2.75%
