Resi and Holiday Let rate changes: information on DIPs and FMAs
Today we’re making changes to our discount products across our residential and holiday let range as detailed below:
- Residential 2 Year Discount C&I increased by 0.60bps, now @ 3.99%
- Residential 3 Year Discount C&I increased by 0.60bps, now @ 3.99%
- Residential 2 Year Discount I/O increased by 0.66bps, now @ 4.35%
- Holiday Let 2 Year Discount increased by 0.46bps, now @ 4.95%
- Expat Holiday Let 2 Year Discount increased by 0.46bps, now @ 5.15%
