“We’re pleased to announce new products across our Expat BTL and our Holiday Let range, for purchase or remortgage.
“Our new Expat Buy To Let product is for properties with an EPC rating A-C. We want to support expat landlords who are looking to purchase or remortgage a BTL with a good EPC. This is ahead of the changes in legislation coming in 2025.
“Where it’s not possible for a property to meet this criteria, we have alternative products to support those landlords too.”
