Rates reduced – Product Update from Tandem
We are delighted to let you know we are reducing our rates across all product tiers and we will be making changes to our criteria with immediate effect.
Usually we would provide 24 hours notice of change, however we feel that you should be able to access rate reductions immediately.
Key changes:
- We have reduced our rates across all tiers, and our T0 rates will now start at 6.19%*
- We have rebranded our products to align with the profile of most customers who will sit in specific tiers. So, for example, our T0 range is available for customers who have had no credit impairments such as arrears, CCJs or defaults in the last 24 months
- Our completion fees are now £1495 regardless of the loan size. We can still add completion and broker fees (up to a maximum of 8% or £2495) above the maximum LTV with no interest or charges
- We do not require bank statements on T0 and T1 products
*Rates from 6.19% up to 70% LTV when the EPC A rating of 0.30% is applied – T0 5 year fixed product.
