New Shared Ownership Product
I know you guys place shared ownership cases so just wanted to let you know that we’re launching a new shared ownership product tomorrow, a 5 year fixed, 95% LTV with a rate of 5.39% and no arrangement fee. Our standard policy including no credit scoring, missed payments considered, up to 40 year term etc will still apply too. Please may you share this with the team?
