Product Rate Decrease Coming Soon
We’ve got some great news, we’re relaunching our product range at close of play tomorrow and we’ve lowered the rates on lots of products including a chunky rate reduction of 1.4% for our Expat BTL 5 year fixed.
If you have any cases currently being underwritten that would prefer to take one of the new products just email the underwriter and let them know which new product you’d like.
Our SVR is increasing on 1st February, but this increase has already been included in the new product range. The new SVR will be applied to our calculator for all cases submitted from 1st February onwards which may reduce the maximum loan amount available.
