BTL Lending Update
We have made some changes to our Buy to Let product range over the weekend. Our new products launched today and can be found here.
Over recent times we have seen a number of significant pricing changes from our competitors in the BTL market. As a direct consequence of this we have received unprecedented business volumes. This has had a direct impact on the service that you have grown to expect from us and we are working hard to rectify this.
The product changes we’ve made are designed to allow us the opportunity to get back to the service levels you expect from us when submitting applications.
As communicated on the 22nd June, the submission deadline for previous BTL applications, with fees paid, was COB 23rd June. Our new products will apply for any applications submitted from that date.
