Forthcoming TML BTL Product Changes – effective February 4
Please see attached an updated BTL Product Guide, including details of three new BTL product changes:
- 5-Year 75% LTV Fee Saver products re-priced for standard & HMO properties
- 5-Year 80% LTV Fee Saver product re-priced for standard properties
- 5-Year 70% LTV Fixed £ Fee product launched
All products are effective from tomorrow, February 4.
