We have launched a range of products, rate and fee reductions, across BTL and Residential this morning.

- Rates reduced across core range from RL1-RL6 in both 2 and 5 Year and all LTV bands
- Rates reduced across remortgage range from RL1-RL6 in both 2 and 5 Year and all LTV bands.
- Product fee for remortgage range reduced to £0 for RL1-RL5 tiers and reduced for RL6-RL*
- Rates reduced across Help to Buy range
BUT TO LET
- New HMO 5-Year 75% LTV Limited Edition product with 1% fee
- New 2-Year 75% LTV fee free product with £0 product fee, £0 app fee, £0 TT fee and 1 free standard valuation. Maximum loan amount of £350,000
