Changes to our BTL Product Transfer range
From today, Thursday 12th December, we’ve lowered a number of our Buy to Let Product Transfer rates.
- Reduced 2-Year Fixed Rate 70/75/80% LTV standard by 10bps
- Reduced 5-Year Fixed Rate70/75/80% LTV standard by between 12-32bps
- Reduced 5-Year Fixed Rate HMO, MUB, Expat, Holiday Let 80% LTV by 30bps
Applications submitted from today, 12th December, will be offered on the new lower rates available.
Once a Product Transfer offer has been accepted the terms are locked in and it cannot be changed or cancelled without the customer/s incurring an early repayment charge.
