The Mortgage Lender (TML) – Weekly Content
We’re pleased to let you know we’ve made some improvements to our broker portal, making it easier to place a case with us.
These updates include:
- We now offer a fee-free Automated Valuation Model (AVM) for residential and buy-to-let remortgages*, meaning a quicker process for assessing property values, and a speedier application journey for you and your customer.
- Applicant data capture now enables you to share information about customers with vulnerable characteristics, so that we can provide the best possible support.
- Underwriter updates are now published on the portal in PDF format, enabling you to download and print case updates.
