Updated Gifted Funds documents
Just a quick update to advise of a small amendment to our Gifted Deposit / Equity forms here at The Mortgage Lender.
The main changes, are as follows
- The form has been renamed as the “Gifted Funds/ Equity Form”
- Form to be used in all cases where the applicant has been gifted funds around the time of the mortgage application.
- The “Use of my information” section within the form has also been updated
- Additional impacted guides updated to reflect the new form name – these will be available on our website later today
- We will continue to allow the previous form for a short period to allow our pipeline to be impacted minimally, likely to be circa 4 weeks
