Notification of forthcoming TML Residential Product Changes
With effect from Thursday, May 26th, we will be implementing a number of changes across our Residential product range.
Last date for submitting an application on the old pricing will be close of business May 25th.
Notification of forthcoming BTL product change
With effect from Thursday, May 26th, we will be increasing pricing on the 5-Year Fixed 75% Fee Saver product and increasing the minimum loan size from £75,000 to £100,00.
Last date for applications to be submitted is close of business on May 25th.
