New 5 year fixed offering
Following our recent communication where we advised we had temporarily paused lending on our fixed rate products, we’re really pleased to share with you that we’ll be re introducing a number of our 5 year fixed products.
Cases offered on the new products will return to having a 90-day offer validity period. Clients can make up to a 5% penalty free overpayment during each year following completion.
