Further product improvements 28 February 2023
From Tuesday 28 February, TSB is re-launching its 2 Year Shared Ownership product range, which includes rates for House Purchases and Remortgage all of which come with a free basic valuation and £500 cashback.
TSB is also making selected reductions across its Residential and Product Transfer rates, together with launching a new range of Buy to Let products, with rates starting from 4.64%.

Residential
• Introduction of 2 Year Fixed Shared Ownership House Purchase products
• Selected rates reduced by up to 0.20%
• Product end dates move out to the end of June
Buy to Let
• Introduction of 2 and 5 Year Fixed, House Purchase and Remortgage products, 0-75% LTV, £1,995 fee
• All existing rates reduced by up to 1.00% across fixed and tracker range
• Product end dates move out to the end of July
Product Transfer
• Selected rates reduced by up to 0.70%
• Product end dates move out to the end of July
Additional Borrowing
• Introduction of 10 Year Fixed, 0-75% LTV products
• Selected rates reduced by up to 1.05%
• Product end dates move out to the end of July
Brokers will be advised of the changes on Monday 27 January at 12:00pm and asked to submit existing applications by midnight on Monday 27 February as they won’t be available after this time.

Further product improvements 3 March
From Friday 3 March, TSB is making further reductions across its mainstream Residential and Product Transfer products, reducing rates by up to 0.80%.
This includes the launch of a new 5 Year Fixed rate product at 3.99%, available to customers Remortgaging, with a free basic valuation and a choice of either free legal assistance, or £300 cashback.
Helping existing homeowners borrow well.

Residential
• 2 & 5 Year Fixed, House Purchase, 0-85% LTV, £995 fee, by up to 0.30%
• 2 & 5 Year Fixed, House Purchase, 85-95% LTV £0 fee by up to 0.80%
• 2 Year Fixed Remortgage, 0-80% £995 fee, by up to 0.20%
• 5 Year Fixed Remortgage, 0-85% £995 fee, by up to 0.30%
Product Transfer
• 2 Year Fixed Residential, 0-80% LTV, £995 fee, by up to 0.20%
• 5 Year Fixed Residential, 0-85% LTV £995 fee, by up to 0.30%
Brokers will be advised of the changes on Thursday 2 March @ 12pm and asked to submit existing applications by midnight on Thursday 2 March as they won’t be available after this time.
