IMPORTANT NEWS FROM TSB: Product changes Friday 7 June
On Friday 7 June, TSB is making the following rate increases to its Residential range.
Residential
Rates increasing on:
· 2 Year Fixed First Time Buyer and Home Mover 75-95% LTV, by up to 0.20%
· 5 Year Fixed First Time Buyer and Home Mover 75-90% LTV, by up to 0.20%
Brokers will be advised of the changes on Thursday 6 June at 9.30am and asked to submit existing applications by the end of Thursday 6 June as they won’t be available after this time.
TSB Mortgage Pro System Maintenance between the 7 and 10 June
TSB is making some system updates this weekend, so TSB Mortgage Pro will be unavailable from 9pm on Friday 7 June until 9am on Monday 10 June.
New DIPs or applications should not be keyed during this time.
