IMPORTANT NEWS FROM TSB: Reducing selected Residential and Product Transfer rates starting from 4.79%
TSB is making further reductions to selected 2 and 5 Year Fixed rate products across its House Purchase and Remortgage range by up to 0.30%, with rates starting from 4.79%.
It is also reducing selected Products Transfer rates by 0.10%.

Rates reducing on:
Residential
- 2 and 5 Year Fixed, House Purchase, 0-85% LTV, £995 fee, by up to 0.30%
- 2 Year Fixed Remortgage, 0-75% LTV, £995 fee, by 0.10%
- 5 Year Fixed Remortgage, 0-85% LTV, £995 fee, by 0.10%
Product Transfer
- 2 Year Fixed Residential, 0-75% LTV, £995 fee, by 0.10%
- 5 Year Fixed Residential 0-85% LTV £995 fee, by 0.10%
Brokers will be advised of the changes on Tuesday 6 December @ 4:30pm and asked to submit existing applications by midnight on Wednesday 7 December, as they won’t be available after this time.
